Attach the following Required Documents

Certificate of Incorporation
Allotment of Shares – C02
List of Directors – C07
Directorate of Petroleum Resources (DPR) Certificate (if applicable)
Current Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Certificate
Company Profile
Reference letter from your bank (original copy)

Please note that after submission of the required documents, an audit process of your office/warehouse facility may be conducted prior to the final confirmation of your registration.
